A manager approves it and assigns it to the right technician. The technician sees their work order, requests parts from the store, completes the job, and submits a report with photos and a list of parts used — which is automatically deducted from inventory.
Behind it all, IoT sensors on monitored equipment quietly flag problems before anyone reports them. A temperature trend rising on a compressor? A vibration anomaly on a motor? The platform raises a service request automatically and schedules the right technician before the asset actually breaks.
Store keepers manage a multi-warehouse inventory with low-stock alerts, an approve → dispatch → receive flow for part requests, and full audit history of who used what, when, and on which asset.
