How it works
Our Generator Monitoring & Control system attaches to any diesel or gas generator (single units or a fleet) and streams live telemetry to a secure cloud dashboard. Fuel level, voltage, current, frequency, runtime hours, oil temperature and fault codes are all visible at a glance.
A predictive maintenance engine continuously analyses the data and tells you when each unit is genuinely due for service — based on actual runtime and stress, not optimistic calendar dates. It also flags early indicators of failure (rising temperature trends, vibration anomalies, declining voltage stability) days before a breakdown.
Authorised users can remotely start, stop, and load-test units, schedule run-cycles, and pull audit-ready reports for energy audits, fuel reconciliation and uptime SLAs.
